3. Products & Pricing

• Variations: We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our clothing accurately. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit/debit card or account being used is yours.
• Security: We do not store your payment information on our servers.

5. Shipping & International Customs (DDP Model)

We ship both domestically (India) and internationally.

• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For international orders, we offer a seamless luxury experience. All applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
• Our Responsibility: MAISON DRIÉA handles the customs clearance process and remits these duties to the relevant authorities on your behalf.
• Exclusions: While we manage the financial clearance, we are not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities or carrier-specific logistics hurdles.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Final Sale: Custom-made or altered garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAISON DRIÉA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
