Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at dri@maisondriea.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range between 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@maisondriea.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

How are returns shipped?

All returns must be arranged through DHL Express as authorised by MAISON DRIÉA.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

The item may need to be returned to our warehouse in India for inspection. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
