To initiate a return please email returns@maisondriea.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and request a return form.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may request that the item be returned to our warehouse in India for physical inspection. A return authorisation and DHL Express return instructions will be provided.
All items are subject to inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
If a manufacturing fault or shipping error is confirmed after inspection, we will reimburse:
If, upon inspection, no defect or fault is found, the item will be returned to the customer and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
All claims are subject to review and final approval following warehouse assessment.
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be arranged by MAISON DRIÉA via DHL Express. We will provide authorised return instructions and, where applicable, schedule a DHL Express collection from your address.
Returns sent via unauthorised carriers or without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect following warehouse inspection.
For international returns, parcels will be declared as “Returned Goods” to ensure proper customs handling.
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders where duties and taxes were prepaid at checkout, confirmed defective items will be refunded in full, including applicable duties.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and any applicable duties or clearance fees are non-refundable.
If a parcel is refused without prior authorisation, any return shipping fees, customs charges or carrier costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a fault has been confirmed.
